Paris, May 29, 2008 - Excentive and Umanis seminar draws a full house.
On May 27th, Excentive and Umanis held a joint seminar under the heading: « How to enable effective compensation ». Three guest speakers from Bouygues Construction - among whom, Jean-Manuel Soussan, HR Director - were invited to share with the audience their experiences in using Excentive Compensation Review to manage pay raises and salary reviews.

Paris – February 19, 2008 - Umanis and Excentive announce the signing of their partnership.

Excentive Reward Server, already used by Axilog for its sales force incentive program, targets companies that wish to automate and optimize the management of their direct and indirect sales force.
Excentive Reward Server gives the Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Human Resource Managers a comprehensive tool allowing them to:
Calculate and simplify the creation of complex and variable compensation schemes targeting employees and partners.
Manage motivation programs (sales challenges and competitions, redemption catalogs etc)
Communicate using targeted, triggered and personalized emails, SMS, Fax etc.
Analyse the program activities and their profitability using the multidimensional reporting module.

The EIM market is growing at full speed. In the US, the EIM market is estimated to 2 billion USD for 2005 by AMR Research Group and 2,6 billion USD for 2006 by The Aberdeen Group.
Excentive Reward Server is composed by several modules that are easily adapted to the organization. Excentive Reward Server is accessed via a web browser avoiding desktop installation.
The personalization of Excentive Reward Server is effected on multiple levels. The advanced management of user rights and needs enables Excentive Reward Server to integrate with the most complex organization (hierarchique, matrix, project, combinations etc.) as well as adapt to the company specific data (product, margin, turnover etc.).
Using an intuitive graphical interface, the rules editor is drastically simplifying the creation of compensation and motivation programs. The possibilities offered by the rules editor is practically unlimited supporting all kinds of personalized compensation schemes: individual, group, regional rewards etc.
The communication module uses a segmentation editor that allows to easily define the program target group(s). Personalized messages and alerts are easily sent by email or SMS. If needed, these can be automically triggered using the rules editor.
"Our sales representatives and distributors recieve regularly a SMS with their actual commission status as well as an email with the score of the challenges in which they are participating" says Fabrice Greenbaum.
The, for the sales force, necessary documents (product fact sheets, prices, self training material etc.) are organized in the document library. The program members access up-to-date and personalized information in their personal and password protected folders.
All actions and transactions are recorded and compiled through an OLAP cube allowing multidimensional analysis and reporting of the performances, progressions, challenge results, paid/outstanding commissons etc.
The integration with existing systems and databases is readily done using XML and SOAP protocoles. They are standard for the .NET framework that Excentive Reward Server is built upon.
