Excentive, the innovator of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions, today confirmed its international expansion by opening five offices to service the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Nordic, Netherlands and Belgium/Luxembourg regions. Paris - May 29, 2008 - Excentive and Umanis seminar draws a full house.
On May 27th, Excentive and Umanis held a joint seminar under the heading: « How to enable effective compensation ». Three guest speakers from Bouygues Construction - among whom, Jean-Manuel Soussan, HR Director - were invited to share with the audience their experiences in using Excentive Compensation Review to manage pay raises and salary reviews. Bouygues Construction explained how its managers stand now at the core of the compensation process. A process that has been widely improved and clarified since Excentive solution were implemented.

The Human Resources Research Panel, in partnership with Microsoft, organized a round table on « The role of HR Managers in corporate strategy.» This event will be lead by Charlotte Duda, President of ANDRH (National Association of HRM), and Christophe Excoffier, General Manager of Novametrie.
